Application Process

1. Create an account and complete your online application. 

• Upon completing your application, you will be prompted to pay our $22 application fee. 

2. Have the following documents available to upload to your application:

• Original Birth Certificate

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

• Most recent report card (if applicable)

• Last year's final report card (if applicable)

• Standardized test scores (if applicable)

• A current copy of your child's IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
  

3. Complete the Records Release Authorization Form

• We request academic records from all students applying to grades 1st-8th. If you require more than one form, please contact the admissions office, at [email protected], so we can provide you with additional copies. 

• Once we have the authorization form(s), SJA will reach out to prior schools directly to obtain the applicant's records. 

• You will be sent a confirmation email when we have received everything we need.
  

4. Readiness Screenings or Assessments

• Upon reviewing all completed online applications, you will be contacted to schedule an readiness screening for early learners or an assessment for 1st-8th grade. Assessments and screenings will take place in January. 

5. Admissions Decisions

• Admissions offers will be sent out beginning in February
  
  

Age Requirements:

• Kindergarten- must be 5 years old by September 30th of the school year
• Jr. Kindergarten (previously Pre K)-must be 4 years old by September 30th of the school year
• Early Learners - must be 3 years old by September 30th of the school year
